- 2 to 8 years as a test analyst with strong hands-on test engineering skills to drive results.
- Successful hands-on experience in working with an Onshore/Offshore distributed testing model.
- Must have strong organizational skills with ability to think on his/her feet
- Must have ability to coordinate test team members with respect to multiple types of testing situations and system interfaces
- Skill to be able to visualize the entire suite of applications from end-to-end with heavy emphasis on Integration and Regression testing
- Strong experience with ability to communicate with the business side, understand their needs and articulate the test strategies
- Strong experience with full risk management lifecycle ((Identify information assets and/or risk areas, Quantify and qualify threats, Assess vulnerabilities, Mitigate risks to close gaps and establish controls, Reassess and manage ongoing risks)
- Quickly adapt to changing requirements within the same scope of effort with an keen understanding when it will be necessary to escalate the change to the testing schedule
- Experience in managing projects using HP tools: set of tools such as Quick Test Professional (QTP), Quality Center (QC) OR Load Runner.
