- Experience with test driven design (TDD)/behaviour driven development (BDD)
- Familiarity with different test automation techniques and experience with automation frameworks such as Cucumber, FitNesse, TestNG, and Selenium.
- Reporting metrics.
- Black box and White box testing methods.
- Experience in large, complex system implementation projects.
- Previous Experience in Financial services is desirable.
