Job Description:

• Will prepare Test Strategy/Plan and metrics
• Will do team mentoring
• Will provide estimate to the testing tasks
• Will review test artifacts delivered by the team
• Will report to Test Manager and work closely with counterparts
• Will interact with client directly (on need basis) and provide status updates or technical guidance
• Will do test design, test execution and defect reporting
