Experience in software application testing both Manual and Performance Testing
Background/understanding of software development life cycle
Must have knowledge of any of bug tracking tool
Must have played a senior role in testing team.
Must have experience in handling the version control tool like sharepoint, VSS
Experience in preparing the test plan/Cases
Preparing Test Scenarios
Must have scripting knowledge in performance testing tools likes WinRunner/LoadRunner
