Job Description:
- Develop capabilities in Mobile Internet testing space
- Arrange and provide training sessions to various associates
- Send constant status updates to the leadership
- Attend client visits, give presentations to the client
- Test mobile commercial applications across multiple handsets adhering to carrier standard checklist.
- Analyzes the functional and nonfunctional requirements and designs Test Scenarios and Test cases
- Strong in writing and executing GUI, Functional, Regression, Security, Performance related test cases in Mobility.
- Actively investigate interesting new tools and techniques. Participate in troubleshooting and triaging of issues with different teams to drive towards root cause Identification and resolution
- Document results of testing and report any defects in a clear and comprehensive manner. Monitor and update bug reports as needed including bug closure report.
- Passion for testing mobile applications and finding bugs. (Specific to mobile.)
- Proficiency using automated test tools & Test management tools (QTP, QC, JIRA)
- Knowledge of QA methodologies and process orientation.
