Job Description:
- To work with the testing manager, project managers, business analysts, systems and business staff to plan, script and execute effective and efficient User Acceptance Testing by following the standard UAT methodology.
- To perform scripted testing on business scenarios for functional and non-functional requirements
- To report testing progress on a daily basis
- To organise and co-ordinate re-testing of defects to conclusion (preferably with a knowledge of Quality centre for logging and tracking bugs)
- Communicating with developers, business analysts and business stakeholders to understand deliverables
- To plan test schedules and executing tests to agreed schedules
- To manage completion of health-check of live releases
- To demonstrate new functionality to business users when required
