• 2+ Years of Visual Basic programming experience
• 2+ Years of test automation in banking or financial trading systems
• 2+ Years of QTP test automation experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detailed oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Computer programming skills using Visual Basic or C++ in a Distributed, Linux and Mainframe environment
• Proven track record in test automation working with large, complex software applications with high performance, scalability, & reliability demands
• Clear understanding of basic software development and testing processes including agile
• Experience and/or ability to work within a customer-focused, team-oriented environment highly desired.
• Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
