- Design, develop, document test plans, test criteria, test cases and acceptance criteria
- Test the software application/product
- Independently perform root cause analysis
- Documents test results as per the standards
- Must be able to relocate based on project needs
- Perform other duties as required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a college or university
- Excellent knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Test Life Cycle
- Expertise in test planning, test execution, defect detection and test results reporting
- Basic SQL skills (basic queries and simple joins)
- Sound analytical skills to identify failure points
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Should be able to guide & mentor testers
- Basic understanding of release management and environment management
