Job Description:

• Experience in testing of Peoplesoft Core HR, Global Payroll, ELM and/or TAM(Recruiting) module is required
• Experience in testing Peoplesoft CRM, Portal, ORGPlus is a plus.
• Assist in writing Detailed Test Plans, Master Test Plan, Test Strategy
• Conducts analysis on application requirements documentation (such as specifications and designs) with the purpose of assisting in creating test conditions and test cases
• Participates in peer review of requirements, technical and/or testing documentation
• Performs test planning that includes creating test plan, test conditions, test cases and test data
• Executes manual test scripts
• Analyses and resolves testing issues during test planning and test execution phases
• Liaises with technical/business staff to assist in the resolution of errors
• Providing daily status reports - Provide on the job training to less experienced Testers
• Good knowledge of SDLC; Strong Analytical skills
