- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields
- At minimum 3 years professional experience in QA Testing
- At minimum 3 years Quick Test professional and Quality Center experience
- Familiarity with project life cycles, from requirements gathering, to testing, to delivery
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of software development in a networked environment.
- Thorough understanding of web development
- Ability to work in a high pressure delivery oriented team environment
- Willing to work with a distributed international team
- Great communication (verbal/written) skills
- Ability to lead and motivate team
- Must be Proficient in WORD, Excel, Access Project - Intermediate Experience Required
- Knowledge of SQL, Stored Procedures, ODBC, and ADO.
- Intermediate knowledge of network architecture
- Knowledge of communication protocols like TCP/IP, HTTP, HTTPS.
- Experience with MS Office apps Project and Visio is a huge plus.
- Must be good team player
