Job Description:

• Should have 5+ years of total experience in to Software Testing and 2 + years of experience as a Automation Test Lead.
• Should have worked on automation testing using Ruby/Cucumber/Selenium for at least 2 years.
• Should have excellent communication skills coupled with the capabilities to manage the QA automation team.
• Should be proficient with automation frame works and also capable of proposing any new automation frame works.
• Should have hands on experience on AGILE methodology.
• Should be familiar with onsite-offshore work model.
• Knowledge on BDD/TDD methodologies is an added advantage.
• Knowledge in J2EE is an added advantage.
• Experience into Retail domain is a PLUS.
