• 3+ years of experience testing software, web applications
• DB/SQL scripting skills required
• Ability to test both manual and automated test scenarios/cases
• Ability to articulate open issues and risks in a timely manner
• Plan, implement and drive automation within the agile team
• Ability to rapidly build knowledge of application business area, application requirements
• Ability to coordinate/communicate across technology teams
• Must have a great attitude, have excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
