• 4-6 years of Software Testing experience
• 1+ year recent experience in testing of CRM applications
• Experience of testing in functional, integration, SIT, UAT and OAT including regression testing
• Design valid test conditions, write relevant test scenarios and detailed test scripts
• Quality Centre experience
• Excellent communication and client facing skills is a must
