Job Description:

• Work as a Sr. QA (Test) Engineer by closely collaborating with development teams in India, Waterloo and Santa Clara.
• Demonstrate excellent Project Planning skills including Test Scope and Effort Estimation.
• Track and articulate Status of progress for tasks involved in the Quality Assurance Role
• Complete Manual Test Passes and look to automate where possible.
• Show a clear desire an ability to use automated Test Solutions and create automated tools and solutions to enhance manual processes
• Genuine interest to come up with innovative ways to test/break the software and find issues which otherwise customer may find later.
• Design, Develop and Maintain Test Plan and Test Cases.
• Own QA Documentation for defects, procedures and process.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and interface with appropriate product teams on issue resolution on end to end basis.
