- Well versed with the testing process and methodologies and understand test metrics .
- Have worked with test management tools like Quality Centre (or any other tool).
- Appetite for innovations in test processes, automation, etc and should have suggested or implemented some kind of innovation on prior projects.
- Experience in conducting functional testing and writing test cases.
