Job Description:

• 3 to 5 yrs relevant into Manual testing
• Performing testing activities in conjunction with onsite counterparts.
• Understanding the business requirements, and performing testing activities, which involves:-  Smoke tests, Sanity tests, Regression tests, Functional tests, Unit tests
• Good working knowledge on SQL Server Database(mandatory)
• Exposure to Agile Methodology is preferred.
• Exposure to automation testing.
• Knowledge of Test Director or TFS as defect management tool. 
• Strong Analytical skills & Estimation of the testing activities.
• Software Metrics.
• Effective planning of test strategy.
• Documenting and training/mentoring juniors
• Good verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
