• Experience in Neo Loader experience or Load runner 
• Understands the requirement, does estimation, designs, writes test scripts and analyses the runs
• Responsible for performance test design, identification of performance testing scenarios
• Does performance test result analysis and reporting
• Troubleshoots the performance issues 
• Accountable for making sure that the team follows the agreed processes
