• Minimum 2 years proven experience (recent) on Automated Testing using QTP
• Hands on experience in Advanced VB scripting & developing frameworks from scratch (atleast 1) 
• Documentation experience of automation test strategy
• Experience of creating automation testing reports 
• Extensive experience in testing methodology
• Good knowledge of SDLC & QA
• Excellent communication skills
• Played the role of mentor to the team members
