• Hands on experience on HP QC and QTP should have created/coded automation scripts, knowledge of industry standard automation frameworks (key-word drive, data driven, functional decomposition etc) is must
• Automated test execution, reporting, defect management and tracking through QC
• Functional test execution manual
• Knowledge of RBT to optimize the regression test set should have done this in some project in the past [not necessarily required for entire team but some of the team members should have done this in past]
• Understanding of SAP systems is preferred
