Job Description:

• 2+ years of Insurance Domain experience is mandatory 
• Experience in Manual Testing 
• Should be expertise in testing processes, methodologies, handle multiple projects, proficient in handling teams at onshore & offshore 
• Create and execute test scripts, in close consultation with the development department, test scripts 
• Participate in the planning, control and execution of various tests and ensure that all the delivered products are of very high quality 
• Works on Test Strategy, Test cycle management, Test Planning, Test Scoping 
• Good understanding of software development constructs 
• Address issues in performance, scalability and manageability in programming efforts 
• Soft Skills: Good communication, analytical and presentation skills, problem solving skills and learning attitude
