Job Description:

• 5 - 7 years of experience in an IT Industry performing Monitoring Roles.
• Demonstrate passion for managing & improving the quality of a process.
• Strong leadership and business skills & should be able to lead a team in the future.
• Proven people management skills and strong conflict management skills.
• Excellent Written & Spoken Communication Skills and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of Windows/Linux Operating Systems & Network topologies and Protocols.
• Additionally knowledge of the following products would be a plus.
• o HP Site Scope, HP BSM, HP 
• o IBM Tivoli Omnibus (Net Cool)
• Performing the activities of an Operator or Technical force if need be.
• Should be flexible to work in any shift. The process works 24*7.
• Extract reports from various Monitoring/Ticketing tools to audit.
