Job Description:

• The ideal candidate will be a Senior Software Engineer with at least 4.5 years of functional/ technical experience gained in the STLC. This should include testing (SIT/UAT) experience relevant to trade lifecycle or trading applications.
• Specific key responsibilities include : 
• Understanding scope and requirements & Identifying gaps if any. 
• Produce Test Plan 
• Understand & implement Testing scope within defined timelines and quality standards 
• Ensure traceability between requirements and test cases 
• Prepare and maintain test-ware, conduct reviews of test-wares 
• Report test status 
• Participate in knowledge management activities 
• Carry out test execution for complex functions 
• Allocation of tasks assigned to the team, monitor and guide the team in task execution 
• Conduct QA on the testing done by SE / SETs 
• Should be a team player. 
• Should take initiative 
• Provide guidance to SEs and TSEs 
• Aligning with the team, and being a team player - Maintaining congenial work environment. 
• The successful candidate will be expected to work closely with both local and global teams across the organization, and therefore is expected to have excellent communication skills (written and verbal). 
• The candidate should be very comfortable interacting and facing off with business users locally and in other regions.
