• Technical Skills:
• Knowledge of testing events throughout the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
• Should have proficiency in the testing discipline (for example, be able to recognize a good test case, different test types, know the difference between Test Coverage and Code Coverage, etc.)
• Good knowledge about development and test methodologies
• Good knowledge about the tools used at company
• Experience working under pressure delivering products
• Knowledge of the Test Systems at company
• Knowledge and experience applying Project Management principles
• Agile Framework
• Personal Skills:
• Important leadership skills with teams delivering products
• Clear and effective communication, both orally and in writing
• Proactivity and flexibility
• Good presentation skills
• Interpersonal skills to lead a virtual team and key stakeholders
• Good organizational skills to manage the campaign
• Good time management skills
• Good multi-tasking ability as there will be multiple fronts to manage
