Job Description:

• Technology & Skill set: Manual Testing with UI Testing
• Have good knowledge on UI testing with at least one UI project implementation experience. Hands on experience in Manual testing. 
• Good knowledge about QA Process and Metrics
• Expertise in HP Quality Center (10.0 version)
• Experience in Project Management activities for driving the Testing process involving planning, scheduling, working on SLAs, risk management, project progress monitoring and delivery as per quality
• Customer / Client interactions for project execution.
• Handling the Risk Management for the program along with the mitigation and contingency plan
• Good at creation of Project documents like Test plans, Test report, status reports, schedules and Defect Tracking reports.
• Good in estimation
• Mentor the team in competency development, Implement performance management as per organizational guidelines, team building
• Managing timely delivery of the scheduled activities/ technical deliverables, as per quality standards specified
• Retail Banking knowledge.
