Job Description:

• Team Lead experience 
• Very good knowledge on Automation with different frame works like 'Keyword Driven', 'Hybrid 
• Very good knowledge on QTP 10.0 and knowledge on other automation tools 
• Good knowledge on HPQC 10.0 
• Good knowledge of STLC and the process 
• Have the experience of utilizing coding standards as per SDLC 
• Have good knowledge on Automation related metrics like ROI, Test case automation rate, execution rate... 
• Followed test case automation criteria in previous projects 
• Knowledge on Performance testing and Performance testing tools 
• Good communication, ability to train new resources on automation 
• Past experience on estimations and project tracking.
