Job Description:
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Software Quality Assurance Analyst (or equivalent IT role)
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in Software Engineering, Information Systems or Computer Science area), or comparable equivalent work experience
- Experience performing manual testing and web services testing
- Knowledge and/or work experience in a structured software development life cycle methodologies, developing medium to large-scale applications
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate information gathered; along with excellent problem solving skills
- High affinity for attention to detail, and ability to assimilate input from various technical, product, and business sources into end-to-end testing scenarios with detailed instructions and steps
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Visio, Powerpoint) required
- Strong interpersonal skills are required, as the successful candidate will interface with a wide range of groups, ability to raise issues/questions, resolve conflicts, and build relationships across the organization
- Must possess a proven ability to complete detailed assignments accurately in a timely fashion
- Must have demonstrated excellence in oral and written communication
- Ability to work both independently as well as in cross-functional teams
- Ability to work some weekends without conflicts
- Passion for problem identification and resolution, and a desire to improve the customer"s experience
