Job Description:
- 3+ years of development experience utilizing a systems development lifecycle as well as a background in testing.
- Excellent understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Software Test Life Cycle (STLC) and Test Methodologies from project definition to post-deployment documentation.
- 3+ years of experience automating scripts with HP QTP and Experience testing internet-based applications
- Experience running a regression suite and analyzing the failures.
- Experience working with various backend systems of records is essential.
- Experience working with multitier architecture is a must.
- 1-2 years of experience working in the Banking/Financial area is required.
- Experience in tracking bugs and creating reports using defect tracing tools like Clear Quest / Quality Center.
- Experience working in onsite/offshore model
- Ability to handle projects independently and successfully in challenging and cross platform environment.
- Excellent communication skills, must work diplomatically with developers, QA and other team members to ensure high quality software. Plays a key role in timely delivery of the product.
- Must have strong analytical skills and be able to successfully multi task in an interrupt driven environment
