• More than 4 yrs of IT experience (Preferably between 4-6 yrs)
• Minimum 2 yrs of Mobile application testing experience. (Mandatory)
• Good understanding of various Mobility QA principles and technologies
• Mobile test automation is desired.
• Proven team leading skills. 
• Good communication skills.
• Must be comfortable with offshore-onshore development model
