Job Description:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on Automation testing experience on Silverlight applications (preferred) or various kinds of systems (Web-based, desktop based, thick or thin client, client-server architecture, etc.). 
• Min 3 - 4 years relevant work experience in manual testing. 
• Strong professional experience with QTP and VB Scripting . 
• Strong technical knowledge on TestDirector/Quality Center. 
• Experience in writing SQL queries for backend validation. 
• Strong knowledge of the complete QA cycle and experience with different types of testing, including experience with rigorous test case creation and execution. 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and should be able to communicate effectively with IT teams as well as Business Teams. 
• Must be flexible, independent and self motivated. 
• Trace test cases and results back to specific quality risks. 
• Assist the Test Manager in the creation of test project status reports and metrics Education:
• Bachelor"s Degree in Engineering/Master Degree in Computer Science or IT"
