- B.E./B.Tech. or M.C.A. in Computer Science from a reputed University.
- 3+ (TA) or 5+ (STA) years of hands on experience in test automation – test scripting , execution and scheduling
- Experience of working on Selenium
- 3+ (STA) years of solid experience in design, development, maintenance of test automation frameworks using QTP
- 2+ (TA) years of solid experience in development, maintenance of test automation scripts using QTP
- 1+ (STA) years of software development experience using an object oriented programming language.
- Hands on experience in building functional test automation suites for thick client / desktop applications
- Hands on experience in developing automated test suites for monitoring production applications
- Experience in automation test repository integration with test management tools like Quality Center or Quality manager.
- Proven record of achievements in testing teams.
- Experience of working with multi-cultural and geographically disparate teams.
- Knowledge of Agile software development life-cycle methodologies
