Job Description:

• Analyze/understand user story/requirements and define test strategy
• Develop test tools, mainly load test tools
• Develop test cases, customer scenario based
• Install and maintain test beds
• Execute system tests, analyze results
• Ensure requirement coverage (test passed) or submit defects (test failed)
• Work closely with development team to characterize defects
• Work closely with functional test team to ensure full test coverage
• Ensure traceability of all activities into HP ALM tool
• Provide metrics and test/quality status
• Benchmark test coverage thru analysis of customer reported problems and ensure continuous improvement of test effectiveness
• Provide accurate estimations of time and resources to complete test activities
