• Good understanding on Java/J2EE base technologies 
• Good understanding on the various type of Testing and Testing practices 
• Requirement analyzing skills 
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and business audiences - written and verbal
• Good understanding on the System and Integration testing techniques and methodologies 
• Good understanding test automation and working experience in any of the functional test automation tool (preferably RFT)
