Job Description:

• 3-5 years of strong software testing/development experience
• Experience in performance testing is desired.
• Prior experience with load testing tools Loadrunner/ JMeter desired
• Knowledge of scripting with shell script/ PowerShell, Perl/ Python/ Ruby
• System level thinking, an understanding that a bottleneck could be anywhere, SQL, Network, Web code..
• Ability to use load tools to monitor, gather and report application performance on windows/ Unix/ Linux machines
• Interest in looking beneath the surface to identify the root cause of a performance problem
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Independent thinker but good team player
• Open to learning new areas.
