Job Description:

• Experienced in Quality Management software and processes
• Knowledge and experience in technical aspect of software solution being tested. i.e. Sharepoint
  Clear communication skills, both written and verbal. 
• Ability to focus on deadlines and deliverables
• Business analysis skills
• Able to create test strategies, plans and tests that can be easily communicated to developers and stakeholders
• Knowledge of Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) and Visual Studio testing tools including Microsoft Test Manager
• Experience of Agile processes and able to write User Stories, Bugs, Tasks and Test Cases in TFS
• Knowledge of automated testing including unit tests, coded UI, ordered tests, generic tests and load tests
• Understanding of how automated tests can be incorporated into a continuous integration (CI) environment
• Previous programming experience and knowledge of Sharepoint development preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adjust your style and content to suit audiences at all level, translating between technical and non-technical audiences as necessary.
