• Planning the Testing Activities
• Test design & execution
• Prepare test plan and strategy
• Allocation of Work and Responsibilities
• Monitor and Control the testing project
• Client Interaction and Issue Handling
• Project Reporting to Stakeholders
• Team Management
• Training & mentoring
• Review of deliverables
• Prepare Test Closure Report
