- Experience of test automation assessment & automation solution creation and Consulting
- Experience of building Test automation Strategy and roadmap.
- Experience of building test automation frameworks and reusable components.
- Hands on experience with multiple automation tools like QTP, RFT, Selenium, Test Complete, Tosca.
- Must have hands on experience with Java and VB scripting.
- Experience in Test Management tools like QC/ALM.
- Should provide technical guidance to the team.
- Should lead a team and also willing to work as an individual contributor.
- Good Experience in Test Management tools like QC/ALM.
- Good communication skills, good client interfacing skills.
