Job Description:

• 5+ years of experience in performance and load testing.
• Hands-on experience with LoadRunner is must. Job function will involve extensive load test script development in Load Runner. Proven experience in implementing performance test creation, executing, and analyzing complex tests.
• Hands-on Experience with Unix scripts
• Hands on experience on diagnosing the issues at each layer of the application architecture. 
• Hands on experience with database profiling, application server profiling.
• Very good knowledge in database concepts, working with complex SQLs. Identifying the problematic SQLs and giving recommendations for tuning.
• Should have good knowledge of software architecture, system integration, performance analysis, troubleshooting and monitoring.
• A solid understanding of networking/distributed computing environment concepts.
• Possess excellent communication skills, with an emphasis on verbal and written communication.
• Write technical and summary reports that present results to management.
