Job Description:

• Plan and Design performance test
• Identify scenarios for performance test
• Develop and execute load test script using JMeter
• Experience in web application and web services load testing
• Experience in analyzing the results and report the findings
• Reporting status, escalating issues
• Responsibility of test deliverable
• Establish baseline performance, stress, scalability & reliability metric for the product and customer facing portals
• Assist in troubleshooting customer-reported performance, stress handling, scalability or reliability issue
• Estimate effort for performance testing and help the test manager define the release plan
• Exposure to device performance testing is desirable
• Job involves working in a scrum model
• Forecast/Estimate future performance requirements and risks
• Ensure escalation if scope / resources are in risk
• Reporting the progress w.r.t to performance road map to all the stakeholders regularly
• Lead continuous improvement activities by driving the implementation of process and product quality improvement initiatives
