Job Description:

Expertise in QTP 11 (1.5 to 3yrs exp).
Expertise in designing Automation frameworks and maintaining it
Expertise in with project life cycles, from requirements gathering, to testing, to delivery
Good understanding of software development in a networked environment.
understanding of web development is preferred
Problem solving/trouble-shooting and an ability to come up with creative solutions to impossible-to-solve problems
Ability to work in a high pressure delivery oriented team environment
Willing to work with a distributed international team and support EST hours
Great communication (verbal/written) skills
Proficient at using the VB script for the automation via QTP.
Good command on descriptive programming
Proficiency in performing Return on Investment of Test Automation, Test Automation feasibility study and Automation Tool Evaluation.
Ability to introduce and improve Quality practices that ensure zero defects
Knowledge of SQL, Stored Procedures, ODBC, and ADO.
Intermediate knowledge of network architecture.
Must be good team player
