Job Description:

Windows based application Testing experience.
Expert level in writing test planning, test case generation, execution, defect logging and standard test profile process.
Shall be well versed with TFS and Test Manager tools. Should have experience with testing loosly coupled applications that is rich in UI and have multi 3rd party integrated modules.
Should have flair for real-time systems involving client-server arch. and VM based systems.
Having scripting knowledge is an advantage. Would require proven communication skills to be able to work across teams at Bangalore as well as with US teams.
Shall be able to work with development teams alongside as part of Box test team and yet deliver high quality defect finds and methods to re-produce scenarios for efficient debugging.
The testers shall have ability to own the product and shall have independent thinking ability beyond the standard recipe of requirements & acceptance criteria and alignment with tagged development team.
