Job Description:

3 to 5 years performance experience on Load runner
3+ years of experience in Heavy Performance / Load test
In-depth knowledge of HP Load Runner / Performance Center is required
Hands-on scripting experience
Experience with developing and running large scale performance tests for varying data and user loads
Knowledge of performance monitoring tools is a plus
Programming skills in C are required.
Knowledge of Payroll applications is a plus:
Responsible for creating Load Runner test scripts and test scenarios
Participate in design, coding and code review
Comprehends production load scenarios and creates/analyzes relevant performance scenarios
Runs basic monitoring tools such as OS monitoring (Windows) and Component Monitoring
Creates basic reports/graphs such as CPU utilizations etc and Organizes test results
Candidate's are required to adhere and enforce the security policies of the organization
