Job Description:

Excellent problem solving skills with the ability to think laterally, both tactically and strategically
Knowledge of monitoring, profiling and tuning tools eg I3, HP Openview, J-probe, Optimize-IT, SQL Power Tools, TOAD
Able to establish and/or confirm requirements and produce high quality stress, load and performance test strategies, plans and associated documents
Able to identify, procure and manage environments and data required for testing
Able to design, build, execute and monitor performance tests
Able to accurately analyse performance test results and present results and analysis in both technical and business language
Able to identify and isolate performance bottlenecks, defects and problems and provide advice/assistance to rectify issues
Able to provide accurate reporting on test status as well as reporting and escalating risks and issues appropriately
Understanding of testing processes and procedures and complete software development lifecycle
Good knowledge of Application Server(Weblogic) in J2EE Stack and its performance counters
Good Knowledge in J2EE technology
Knowledge on Test Scripting, Scenario creation, Execution and Analysis
Awareness of financial Industry
Experience in Performance tuning will be desirable
Proven record of achievements in testing teams
Experience of working with multi-cultural and geographically disparate teams
Knowledge of software development life-cycle
