Job Description:

Good functional and Performance testing experience should have handled 4-5 performance projects.
Should have experience in lead role on the performance test projects and had worked in producing test approach, test plans, test executions and report.
Hands on experience on performance testing and should be able to guide team technically.
Good communications skills and have an exposure on Onshore /Offshore working model.
Good Knowledge of Load Runner performance testing tool.
Would be good to have a Knowledge on Linux/Unix skills for general log file / script / file manipulation.
Would be good if the resource has Telecom background domain exposure.
