Job Description:

Define test plans and test cases for assigned modules/features.
Build an optimal QA environment.
Provide guidance and expertise in the areas required.
Establishes best practices for test processes and methodologies
Work cross team and collaborate with Developers, Testers to ensure quality releases
Work familiarity with SQL and relational databases.
Demonstrated successful trouble shooting skills.
Exemplify professionalism and a commitment to client satisfaction.
Experience in three of the following areas: Property Management, Accounting, Microsoft Windows, Technical Support, SQL Language, HTML/ASP
CRM experience a plus but not required.
