Experience in testing with hands-on experience in testing (Finance domain expertise preferably Insurance)
Proven experience in managing large scale testing projects Expert in testing Methodology.
Experience in providing solution to testing projects Experience in Finance application testing, more of Insurance applications preferred.
Experience in qualification, developing Cost/Benefit models, proposing approach/strategy, estimates for manual, automation or performance projects.
Knowledge in multiple test tools.
Good Communication skills.
