- Should have strong extensive experience on V& V
- Should have least 3+ years in Verification and Validation (ADA,RTRT) Software and Functional Testing
- Should have strong experience on Unit & Software integration testing of embedded system using C/ADA and RTRT
- Should have strong hands on experience on Embedded/RTOS applications, Real Time Application development/ tools
- Should have strong experience on configuration and requirement management tools like Clearcase, Synergy, CVS, DOORs
- Should have hands on experience on JSP scrip lets, 'EJB'
- Should have strong on experience on session beans, entity beans, message driven beans, etc.
- Must adapt to dynamic business requirements that alter project flows.
- Flexible for changes and ability to multi-tasks.
