Job Description:

Understand business flow based on software specifications and team discussions
Provide timely and accurate estimates for testing
Prepare clear and concise test cases and results based on requirements, business rules and user inputs
Prepare and maintain traceability matrix to map requirements with test cases
Test software applications, report defects and follow up test corrections through closure
Prepare and maintain quality metrics for each project
Closely interact with development team to ensure quality of deliverables
Participate in ongoing review and implementation of best quality practices
Help in writing and reviewing requirements specifications
Participate in periodic review meetings and calls with clients
