Job Description:

Test Case Execution/ Test Scripts Execution :Test cases creation and updation.Number of Test cases executed
Defect Tracking and Reporting : Quality of defects raised. Number of defects rejected.
Testing ( Integration testing / System testing / UAT etc.) - Performing / providing support for testing. Documenting all the results as per the quality processes.
Adherence to quality standards and procedures - Conduct peer reviews to ensure standards are followed. Prepare all documents as per quality procedures.
Team Player - Should be a team player. Flexibility. Sharing. Initiative. Maintaining congenial work
environment.
Compliance - Ensuring strict adherence to all regulatory issues and compliance of all internal controls. Implement and comply with Group Compliance Policy. Should deliver considering the operational risk associated with the role.
