Job Description:

Create overall QA plans and test case documents review and finalize plans in conjunction with Program Manager.
Functionality, Usability and Performance testing
Evaluate, Develop and implement web service test automation framework
Create, maintain and report execution of automated and manual test cases
Resolve queries relating to product use cases customers and support teams.
Report and validate related defects and user stories
Review all documentation and Tutorials and related documentation.
Mentor the team members & execute the QA tasks in each sprint & update the status to the stake holders by attending weekly meetings.
Root cause analysis of an issue, an automation failure and report to development and project management teams
