Job Description:

• 4 - 6 years of experience in US Domestic Income Tax- The candidate must possess very good knowledge of US Income Tax and Accounting (US GAAP & IFRS) concepts
• Solid Knowledge of Form 1120 & 1065 tax compliance, and hands-on experience in preparing and reviewing the tax forms
• Experience in review of Quarterly Estimates, Extensions and Provision Tax calculations
• Strong knowledge of US Federal & State E-Filing process
• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
• Proven expertise in testing tax software is a plus
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Exhibits a passion for learning and staying current on tax related technologies
• Must be willing to share & express innovative ideas for process improvement
• Must be a strong team player
